People always want to know how we're different than Tiffany's, Birks, Spence Diamonds, Cartier, and the other big jewellery stores.

We're a small boutique and we design and make everything we sell.  We will spend as much time with you as it takes to get the design perfect, and we'll check in with you periodically through the project to make sure you're completely happy with the way we're executing the design.  That may mean showing you pictures or computer renderings, having you look at waxes or samples, or having you try on a finished casting before we set the stones to make sure the fit is perfect for you.  We want you to thoroughly enjoy the process of having something made just for you.

Our clients who are interested in custom design typically come to us with a direction and a budget.  The direction can come from anywhere.  You may be inspired by some photos you've seen on the internet, you might have a piece or pieces of jewellery you don't wear anymore and want redesigned.  You may be celebrating an occasion in your life like a wedding, engagement, anniversary, new baby, or birthday.  Or, you might need jewellery to create a professional image at work or to wear to events.  

Tamara is a gemmologist so she knows a ton about gemstones.  She even used to teach a course on the chemistry of gemstones in the Gemmology program at George Brown College. Kathryn and Tamara both have lots of experience sourcing diamonds and gemstones for clients.  We specialize in unusual gemstones, and can source diamonds and gemstones from all over the world.  We have taken steps to make sure that all of our diamonds and gemstones are conflict-free, and we carry Canadian Diamonds, including the  Ideal2   brand of diamonds that have been responsibly mined, cut and polished in Canada.
