We sweat the small stuff; leave the details to us. We want you to be able to focus on the fun stuff and enjoy the experience of designing something special for—or with—the person you love. We'll take care of getting the size right so you don’t have to worry, and we include an appraisal with all of our engagement rings so you’ll have what you need to get that ring insured. Our custom design process begins with your ideas. Whatever you have to start with, we’ll help you turn your vision into a ring that will capture the feelings you have for your partner. We'll also respect your budget. Our goal is to create something special within your budget, and we won't show you options outside of your budget without your permission.
We responsibly source all of the diamonds, sapphires and gemstones used in our rings. We’ll usually walk you through at least 3-5 options so that you’re in control of your choices and your costs. We don’t work with diamonds sourced elsewhere unless they’re family diamonds in existing jewellery.
Whether you know exactly what you want, or you still can’t believe that you’re getting engaged (!) or married (!!), we’ll spend as much time with you as it takes to get your design right. We’ll help you make informed and thoughtful choices, and do our best to answer all your questions. We love to add personalized touches, so if you have any ideas, please share them with us!
Once you’ve chosen your diamond or feature stone(s) and we’ve established your design, we’ll make a computer drawing to give you a better sense of the proportions. We’ll get your feedback, make any necessary changes, and then produce a 3D-printed scale model that brings the design to life. Once you approve the model, we’ll make your ring!
